Registration fees included or disclosed up front?: Not specified whether registration/convenience fees are added. Course Info: The swim takes place in Narragansett Bay. The .5 mile swim for the sprint triathlon is a triangular course. Typical water temperatures range from 65-70F, therefore wetsuits are highly recommend.
The 10.1 mile bike route for the sprint is out and back. There are not bottle exchanges on the sprint bike course.
The 3 mile run course for the sprint triathlon is an out and back run along Ocean Road, and includes the same final beach run section as the half iron event.

There are several race options to welcome participants of varied interests: half distance triathlon, sprint triathlon, aquabike, and open water swim race. No matter which race you choose, you get a scenic course, enthusiastic volunteers, and welcome support.
Come to race, but stay a few extra days to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, wonderful restaurants, and local attractions of this tourist playground.
