Course Info: The swim is in Cultus Lake with a waist deep water start and is divided into separate swim waves. The transition is located on the grass area between the lake and the Main Beach parking Lot on grass.
The bike course for the Sprint is out and back to Yarrow and a one loop course through Yarrow and out into farm country and back for the Standard distance event. The course is mostly flat with a short climb out of the Park to start the bike and a short climb as you turn right on to Columbia Valley Rd just before you get back to transition at the end of the bike.
The run is alongside the lake and past summer cottages.
The race starts and finishes beside the lake at Main Beach and the post-race awards and lunch is held on site, weather permitting.

Directions: The venue is just 90 minutes from Vancouver and takes place in beautiful Cultus Lake Park just outside Chilliwack.
