Course Info: Swim: The swim starts from the sandy beach of Lake Tye. The number of waves will be determined by the number of participants. The waves will be 3 minutes apart.
Bike: The bike course is an out and back loop. Two loops for the Olympic and one loop for the Sprint. It is flat and fast.
Run: The runners head out of the park and around Lake Tye counter-clockwise for the first portion of the run. Upon returning past the transition area, the runners then continue south on the path behind the school, exiting onto the paved trail.

More: Adult entry fee includes post-race full pancake breakfast , swim cap, chip timing, custom finisher medal, and a goody bag.
