Course Info: Swim: 800 yards | Bike: 20 km | Run: 5 km (All Indoors) Athletes have the convenience of swimming, biking and running the distance of a sprint triathlon on their own schedule anywhere in the world. Do the distance all at once like a traditional triathlon or break it into one leg per day.
More: In this virtual indoor triathlon, sponsored by VSR, you can compete against fellow triathletes and see how you stack up. You can perform each segment, any time, anywhere indoors and in any order. Your best times count for each segment and you can repeat segments as many times as you like.
