Course Info: Unlike traditional triathlon, this event is based on time rather than distance. The further you go during a specific portion, the more points you earn toward a final score. The 75 minute event consists of:rnrnSwim: 10 minutes (in the pool)rnTransition #1: 10-minutesrnBike: 30 minutes (on an indoor bike)rnTransition #2: 5-minutesrnRun: 20 minutes (on a treadmill)
More: Participants will need to bring their own swim, cycle and run apparel and gear, including (but not limited to): goggles, swim suit, shorts for cycling, running shoes and a t-shirt. With exception of the pool deck, all participants must be adequately dressed throughout the club. Water, Gatorade, light snacks (bananas, chips, etc) and towels will be available to all during the event. Athletes may wish to bring additional nutrition.
Directions: Discounted club parking is available in the Millennium Park Garage. Validated parking rates are $7 for two hours, $10 for three hours, or $13 for eight hours. Please bring your parking ticket into the club for validation. Discounted parking can also be found on SpotHero.com
