The Bike: Very flat and fast 20k (12.4 mile) bike.
The Run: The 5k run Includes some rolling hills.

Directions: Take the K-99 (Merchant St.) Exit off I-35. Enter the E.S.U. Campus via the entrance located just North of the Kansas Dept. of Wildlife & Parks Office. Go to the East side of the Physical Education Complex.
